The "flunkie", the livré dressed servant, the flower man... Many names for this costume. It can be seen in two different scenes in POTO: after "Think of Me", when giving flowers to Christine, and in "Masquerade", as servant serving drinks to the guests. The outfit is a classical "Habit a la Francaise" livré, used by people working for the overclass. This style of uniform was in use long after it had gone out of fashion. The trousers and jacket is basically always in different colours, and often in velvet. This costume shows bright trousers with a red velvet jacket with golden appliqués (to illude extravagant golden embroidery). They also wear a white waistcoat with golden trims, and high heeled buckle shoes, and on top a "powdered" white wig.
